your files will actually be hosted at www.pramsay13.co.uk/yourname although people who come to your website will see your domain name www.yourname.co.uk in the address bar

2) your website hosted on your own server - this is ideal for bigger websites that will be using larger audio or video files and you will have up to 1000mb of webspace
your files will be hosted and viewed at www.yourname.co.uk

with both options you will be able to direct people straight to certain pages
